No - and no honest company can. Wildfire outcomes depend on conditions no one controls. What we guarantee is readiness: your property prepped before the season, monitored during declared events, and treated when conditions call for it, by a crew that knows your home before the fire does. Preparation is the part of the outcome you can buy.
During a declared fire-weather event, Prep & Go Plus properties are dispatched first - ahead of standard members and all non-member work - within a priority response window. We never promise a specific arrival time during regional events; we promise your place in line, and we cap Prep & Go Plus enrollment per territory so that promise stays real.
Because dispatch promises are physical, not digital. Each territory gets a fixed number of memberships based on crew, equipment, and drive time during events. When a territory is full, we maintain a waitlist rather than dilute response capability for existing members.
It's the same category of retardant used in aerial firefighting operations, ground-applied to vegetation and fuel zones around your home, where it remains effective until significant rain. Applications follow manufacturer and environmental guidelines, led by the specialist who pioneered the ground-application method. Details and treatment maps are included in your member records.
Often, yes - long-term retardant persists until significant rainfall. In long or wet-then-dry seasons a second treatment may make sense, which Prep & Go Plus members receive at a 50% member rate (standard members pay the member per-application rate). Your specialist advises honestly either way; we don't sell applications you don't need.
Membership renews annually with a reminder email 15-45 days before any charge, and cancellation takes one call or email before your renewal date. Renewing members keep their territory slot and locked rate; canceled slots go to the waitlist.
Membership produces annually refreshed property notes, dated photos, recommendations, and completed-work records when Allied Disaster Defense performs services. Many members share those records with brokers at renewal. Placement and pricing decisions always belong to your broker and carrier; we provide useful records, not carrier outcomes.
