Protecting Exceptional Homes.Preserving Family Legacies.
Allied Disaster Defense provides private property risk advisory and wildfire resilience services for families who believe preparation should begin long before disaster strikes.
We intentionally limit the number of Client Families we serve so we can maintain the level of access, planning, and operational readiness our clients expect.

- Malibu
- Newport Coast
- Laguna Beach
- Calabasas
- Hollywood Hills
- Beverly Hills area
Service capacity is intentionally limited by region to protect advisor availability and operational readiness.
Most Families Prepare After Disaster. Our Client Families Prepare Before It.
For decades, homeowners have been conditioned to react after catastrophe strikes, calling insurance companies, contractors, emergency crews, and adjusters after the damage has already begun.
We believe exceptional stewardship requires something different. Preparation long before urgency.
Allied Disaster Defense helps Client Families identify vulnerabilities, strengthen their properties, document their risk profile, and establish a clear strategy before wildfire season begins.
Preparation Changes Everything
- Reactive decision making
- Searching for contractors during emergencies
- No documented property strategy
- Limited service availability
- Unknown property vulnerabilities
- Preparation begins when danger arrives
- Dedicated property risk advisor
- Documented Estate Risk Profile
- Prioritized resilience strategy
- Seasonal property reviews
- Preferred access to services
- Established emergency preparedness plan
- A team that already knows the property
The greatest advantage during a crisis is not speed. It is preparation.
Meet Your Private Property Risk Advisor
Every Allied Client Family receives a dedicated advisor who becomes familiar with the property, its vulnerabilities, priorities, and long-term resilience strategy.
Your advisor helps coordinate:
Instead of wondering who to call when something happens, your relationship already exists.
The same advisor, on the same property, year after year.
- 01 Where this property stands
- 02 Fire history around the parcel
- 03 How fire reaches this home
- 04 Structure and envelope
- 05 The parcel, zone by zone
- 06 Community and regional exposure
- 07 Insurance context
- 08 Your protection plan
The document the relationship runs on.
Every Client Family relationship begins with a wildfire risk profile built on your property: fire history, exposure, structure, parcel, and a prioritized plan. It is not a brochure and not a proposal. It is the document your advisor works from all year, and it is refreshed every season so your strategy never goes stale.

At Prep & Go, the property is protected in layers.
At the Prep & Go level, a crew builds the defensible envelope in layers, beginning with the near-home fuels that carry fire to the structure first.
Why We Limit the Number of Client Families We Serve
Exceptional service cannot be delivered at unlimited scale. Every Client Family requires advisor availability, property knowledge, planning, seasonal preparation, and operational capacity.
For this reason, Allied Disaster Defense deliberately limits enrollment within each service area. When a region reaches capacity, new applicants may be placed on a waiting list until additional capacity becomes available.
We would rather protect fewer families exceptionally than serve everyone inadequately.
A Higher Standard of Property Protection
Assessments and field work led by retired fire service professionals and wildfire specialists who have stood in front of these fires.
Structure and envelope reviewed against established home-hardening and ember-intrusion criteria, not opinion.
Home-hardening work is performed under the appropriate California contractor licensing, coordinated by your advisor so the property has one point of accountability.
We work alongside private client brokers and advisors, supplying the documentation their carriers ask for.
Built to work with estate managers, family offices, architects, and builders already responsible for the property.
Every recommendation, treatment, and review is recorded so the property’s file is current when it matters.
Most People Wait Until Smoke Appears on the Horizon. Our Client Families Don’t.
Preparation begins long before the emergency. If you believe your property deserves a higher level of stewardship, we invite you to apply for a Client Family relationship with Allied Disaster Defense.
