Identify vulnerabilities before underwriting raises them.
Your best clients expect you to see risk before they do.
The most valuable advisors do not simply respond when a problem appears. They anticipate it.
Allied Disaster Defense gives private-client advisors access to a specialized property-risk resource designed to help exceptional families understand, document, and reduce wildfire exposure before it threatens their property, or their insurance relationship.
You remain the trusted advisor. We become part of the solution you bring to the table.
Select advisor partnerships and complimentary Client Family assessments are limited by geography and capacity.
Your client does not need another vendor. They need another reason to trust you.
When a high-value homeowner receives a wildfire-related underwriting concern, non-renewal notice, or mitigation request, they do not see it as an isolated insurance problem. They look to their advisor and ask:
“What should we do?”
That moment matters. You can refer them to a list of contractors. Or you can introduce them to a private property risk advisory team capable of understanding the estate, identifying priorities, coordinating appropriate mitigation, and documenting the work.
Allied was built to help you provide the second answer.
You own the relationship. We help you protect it.
The moment the question gets asked, you already have an answer.
One property can represent an entire client relationship.
A significant residence may sit at the center of:
- Homeowners coverage · Multiple vehicles · Excess liability · Valuable collections · Jewelry · Fine art · Secondary residences · Watercraft · Additional family members · Business relationships · Future referrals
When wildfire exposure threatens the residence, far more than one policy may be at risk. Protecting the property relationship can help protect the broader client relationship.
Allied gives advisors a proactive resource before the conversation becomes “where else can you place me?”
From insurance placement to private risk stewardship.
Your role is insurance advisory. Our role is physical property-risk advisory. Together, those disciplines can create a more complete private-client experience.
- Understand the Client Family
- Structure coverage
- Navigate markets
- Advocate for placement
- Manage the insurance relationship
- Understand the property
- Identify physical vulnerabilities
- Prioritize mitigation
- Coordinate resilience improvements
- Document completed work
- Help establish ongoing preparedness
The Client Family receives a coordinated approach to protecting one of their most significant physical assets.
What Allied helps you bring to the relationship.
Give clients somewhere credible to go when mitigation is required.
Create organized property-risk records, photographs, and completed mitigation documentation.
Give affluent clients one point of coordination instead of a list of unrelated contractors.
Bring clients a private property-risk capability most advisors cannot offer themselves.
Create another reason your most important households view you as indispensable.
Make your advisory relationship harder to replace.
Introduce us to three Client Families. We will show you what we see.
For select private-client advisors, Allied offers a limited introductory program designed to demonstrate the value of proactive property-risk advisory.
The Private Client Risk Review
Select three to five high-value properties within an eligible service area. For qualified properties, Allied will provide a complimentary preliminary or on-site wildfire risk assessment.
- No cost to your firm.
- No obligation for the Client Family to retain Allied.
- No insurance outcome promised.
Give your clients useful property intelligence before asking them to make a purchasing decision.
Five steps, and you stay in the room for all of them.
Step two: Allied assesses the property in person.
Select the Client Families
Together, we identify three to five properties where proactive wildfire advisory could create meaningful value. Strong candidates may include:
- Brush-exposed properties
- Wildfire-prone communities
- Renewal concerns
- Recent underwriting requirements
- Newly acquired estates
- Significant secondary residences
- Client Families seeking proactive risk management
Allied assesses the property
Each Client Family receives an Allied Private Risk Profile identifying structural vulnerabilities, ember exposure, Zone 0 conditions, vegetation concerns, property-specific priorities, and potential mitigation opportunities.
We present the findings
We explain what matters, why it matters, and what should happen first. The Client Family receives a clear strategy rather than a list of products to purchase.
The Client Family decides
There is no obligation to proceed. If the family wants Allied’s continued stewardship, we recommend the appropriate Client Family relationship based upon the property.
You receive the documentation
With appropriate Client Family authorization, relevant mitigation documentation can be organized for use in your ongoing insurance advisory process. You remain informed. You remain involved. And you remain the advisor who introduced the solution.
We will never compete with you for the client relationship.
- Allied does not sell insurance.
- We do not advise on coverage.
- We do not recommend carriers.
- We do not discuss placement strategy.
- We do not position ourselves between you and your Client Family.
Our role is physical property risk. Your relationship remains yours.
Where appropriate and authorized, we coordinate with you so the Client Family experiences one aligned advisory team rather than disconnected vendors.
Give underwriters something better than a promise.
Saying a property has been mitigated is one thing. Documenting it is another.
Allied’s Private Risk Profile can provide organized property intelligence including property conditions, identified vulnerabilities, photographic documentation, mitigation priorities, completed improvements, updated property information, and annual review history where applicable.
We do not determine underwriting outcomes. We help ensure that when meaningful work has been completed, the work can be clearly documented.
Preparation looks different after the fire.
Where the work had been done, the ground tells a different story.
The work happened before the fire.
On a Malibu hillside estate we treat every year, about $9,000 of long-term retardant went down across the property’s priority risk zones during a routine pre-season visit. That was weeks before anyone knew a fire was coming, on a property worth roughly $25 million.
When the Franklin Fire moved up toward the property, it stopped at the treated hillside near the tennis courts.
No single factor decides whether a fire stops or a structure survives. The treatment was in place before conditions turned, and the property was not starting from zero when it mattered.
When conditions changed, the relationship already existed.
During the Palisades Fire, Allied crews operated in affected areas performing property preparation and wildfire-response activities.
Our experience reinforced a principle that now shapes the Client Family model.
You cannot build a trusted disaster relationship in the middle of a disaster. The planning must happen first.
Property risk does not stop at the insurance desk.
For family offices, wealth advisors, attorneys, estate managers, and other trusted professionals, significant residential property represents both an asset and a responsibility.
Allied can serve as a specialized physical property-risk resource within the family’s broader advisory ecosystem. Our role can include property-risk intelligence, resilience planning, estate manager coordination, mitigation strategy, wildfire preparedness, documentation, and ongoing property stewardship.
One specialized relationship for the physical protection of the family’s residential assets.
One specialized resource inside the family’s existing advisory team.
Not every advisor partnership is the same.
We intentionally limit the number of firms and Client Families we support within individual markets.
- Because advisor relationships require communication.
- Because Client Family relationships require attention.
- And because active wildfire readiness requires real operational capacity.
For selected advisory firms, Allied may establish preferred referral protocols, dedicated points of contact, and coordinated Client Family onboarding.
We would rather become deeply valuable to a select group of advisors than another vendor on everyone’s list.
What private client advisors ask us.
Who owns the Client Family relationship?
You do. Allied’s role is limited to physical property risk, resilience, preparedness, and related services.
Will Allied promise that mitigation will keep a client insured?
No. Insurance placement, eligibility, pricing, and underwriting decisions belong entirely to the carrier and insurance professionals.
We promise disciplined assessment, appropriate recommendations, quality execution, and documentation. Not underwriting outcomes.
Are complimentary assessments available to every advisor?
No. Complimentary Client Family reviews are offered selectively based upon geography, property fit, advisor relationship, and Allied capacity.
What happens after the assessment?
The Client Family receives the findings. If additional work or ongoing stewardship is appropriate, Allied can recommend next steps. There is no obligation to continue.
Can we coordinate directly with Allied?
Yes. With the Client Family’s authorization, Allied can coordinate relevant property information and mitigation documentation with their private client insurance advisor, estate manager, or other authorized representative.
Can Allied support multiple properties belonging to one family?
Potentially, yes. For families with multiple significant residences, we can evaluate whether a broader multi-property advisory relationship is appropriate.
Your clients already trust you with their risk. Give them another reason why.
Introduce select Client Families to a proactive property-risk resource designed around preparation, discretion, and long-term stewardship.
