Membership Levels · By Application

Choose the level of protection your estate calls for.

Every membership begins the same way: our team comes to know your property, builds its wildfire risk profile, and keeps it current. The levels differ in one thing: how much of the work we take on for you.

How membership works

Four steps to a protected property.

1Apply

A few minutes. We review every application personally and confirm the property is a fit.

2We review the property

Your risk profile is built on-site, how fire reaches the home, what to change, in what order.

3Prepared in the calm

Priorities are handled before the season, when there’s time to do them properly.

4Watched & protected

Monitoring through fire weather, and a refreshed risk profile every year.

The three levels

Every level includes monitoring. Prep & Go adds on-site response.

I
Level One · Monitoring + Planning

Wildfire Ready

The quiet confidence of knowing your property is watched all year.

For owners who want a professional eye on the property and a clear, current plan, without guessing which service matters first.

Annual on-site wildfire risk profile

The eight-chapter dossier, built on your property and refreshed every year so recommendations never go stale.

Fire-weather monitoring and alerts

Practical awareness for your area when conditions actually matter, not noise.

Recommendations kept current

Priorities for vents, vegetation, roofline, Zone 0, and maintenance, updated as the property and conditions change.

Member pricing on services

Member rates on eligible Allied hardening and retardant work, scoped by the profile rather than guesswork.

II
Level Two · Training + Guidance

Wildfire Ready Plus

Your household and your estate manager know exactly what happens when.

For estates with staff, family offices, or households that want readiness woven into how the property is already run.

Everything in Wildfire Ready

The risk profile, monitoring, current recommendations, and member pricing.

Estate Manager Training

We train your estate or house manager to maintain readiness and coordinate directly with our team. Preparedness runs quietly in the background of how your property is already managed.

Wildfire Preparedness Training

A private household session, evacuation planning, red-flag protocol, and exactly what happens when, so everyone knows their role before an event, not during one.

Evacuation readiness plan

A practical, written plan tailored to the household and the property.

Broker or agent guidance call

One call to help coordinate your mitigation documentation with your broker or agent. Placement and premium decisions stay with them, we make no coverage promises.

Additional virtual risk review

A refreshed property-specific view between annual on-site reviews.

III
Level Three · Active Readiness

Wildfire Ready Prep & Go

A crew that prepares your estate before the season, and stands ready during it.

For properties with slope, canyon, or heavy fuel exposure, properties that need a crew on site.

Everything in Wildfire Ready Plus

The full monitoring, training, planning, and guidance stack.

Pre-season on-site preparation

Our crew visits before peak conditions to walk the property and establish the season’s preparation priorities.

Retardant dispatch readiness

We maintain dispatch readiness for long-term fire retardant application when elevated conditions call for action.

Structural triage

Before fire arrives, our team walks the property and removes last-minute vulnerabilities on site: combustible furniture, cushions, door mats, firewood, and other loose fuels near the structure.

Priority recovery

After an event, a premier restoration partner assists with smoke damage, water damage, and cleanup. Recovery starts immediately.

Included at every level

Every recommendation starts with your risk profile.

Before we recommend anything, we build an eight-chapter wildfire risk profile of your property: fire history, how fire reaches the structure, what to change, and in what order. Every level includes it, and it is refreshed every year.

Enter your property details and the profile is built for your estate. Then choose the level that fits. Prefer to look first? Read a completed sample.

Defense layer one: priority near-home fuels closest to the structure

At Prep & Go, a crew executes the plan.

The defensible envelope is built in layers, beginning with the near-home fuels that carry fire to the structure first.

In January 2025, our crews worked the Palisades fire for seven days straight.

What began as a response for one Prep & Go member grew into servicing entire neighborhoods and pockets of neighborhoods across the Palisades. Read how it happened.

Quiet answers

The questions our members asked before joining.

“Is this actually necessary for our property?”

That’s precisely what the risk profile answers, with fire history, exposure, and parcel-level detail rather than opinion. Read the sample, and if your application reveals the program isn’t a fit, we’ll tell you so.

“We already have a landscaper and a house manager.”

Good, they’re part of the plan. Wildfire readiness is a specialist discipline layered on top of good property care, not a replacement for it. At the Plus level we train your estate manager to carry it with us.

“We’re rarely at the property.”

Then membership matters more, not less. An empty estate can’t call anyone when the wind turns. Ours don’t need to, the team already knows the property and the plan.

“Will this help with our insurance?”

We document everything we do and align it to California’s Safer from Wildfires framework, and we’ll coordinate with your broker. What we never do is promise coverage, renewal, or premium outcomes, those decisions belong to your carrier.

Membership is by application

We accept a limited number of estates each season.

We accept a limited number of households per territory each season, so every property gets the attention the season demands, generally estates valued at $5 million and above in California’s wildfire-prone areas. Families, family offices, estate managers, and private-client advisors are all welcome to apply on a property’s behalf.

1Apply: a few minutes, reviewed personally, no obligation.
2Fit call: property, risk, and the right starting level.
3We review the property on-site and build your risk profile.
4If Allied isn’t the right fit for your property, we’ll tell you.

Fire season is coming. Be ready before it arrives.

The best time to bring us to your property is the quiet part of the year, while access is open, crews are available, and there’s time to do it right.
