Keep your best clients, and the households that come with them.
When a carrier non-renews a high-value home over brush exposure, you lose more than a policy. You lose the auto, the umbrella, and the relationship. Allied is the membership you route those clients into: retired firefighters who prepare, defend, and document the property so its file tells a different story at renewal.
You stay the hero. We do the work.
A prepared, documented home is a client who stays insured and stays yours, with the auto, umbrella, and collections intact.
One discreet crew of retired firefighters on the property. No subcontractor parade. Your client feels handled, and you look like the advisor who brought the solution.
Every completed item is documented and aligned to California’s Safer from Wildfires framework, refreshed annually. Placement and premium decisions stay with you and the carrier. We make no coverage promises.
Three clients. Forty-five days. Zero cost to you.
A 20-minute scoping call. You choose 3 to 5 clients facing non-renewal or brush pressure, and we plan each one together.
Each client receives an on-site wildfire risk profile, scored against IBHS Wildfire Prepared Home criteria, plus a membership recommendation sized to the property. Delivered within 15 days.
Clients who join get the work done in priority order. The worst-exposure estates land in Prep & Go: crew preparation, structural triage, retardant readiness, and priority recovery.
At day 45: what was found, what was fixed, and what each file now says, packaged for underwriting. You get the documentation back for re-marketing, and a report on every referral within 48 hours along the way.
Two Januaries. Two kinds of proof.
Show your clients what preparation and response look like when they are real. The sample risk profile below is the exact document every member receives, built for a representative Pacific Palisades estate.
The file that read like a survival record.
A $1,500 assessment in March 2024 found the gaps. About $40,000 of hardening closed them. When the Eaton fire burned through the neighborhood, the home survived. The cost after the fire was $18,000 of smoke remediation instead of a total loss, and the file documented every step.
Seven days on the ground.
A Prep & Go member’s estate was in the fire’s path. Our crew was dispatched to prepare and defend it, and the response grew into servicing entire neighborhoods and pockets of neighborhoods across the Palisades for seven days straight.
What brokers ask before a pilot.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do, completely. We contact your clients only within the pilot scope, we copy you on documentation, and we report every referral’s status to you within 48 hours. Nothing about placement, coverage, or premium is ever discussed by us with your client.
Will this help my client keep coverage?
We make properties treated and documented: completed mitigation aligned to California’s Safer from Wildfires framework, photographed and certified item by item. What a carrier does with that file is a placement decision that belongs to you and the carrier. We promise the work and the documentation, never the outcome.
What does the pilot cost?
Nothing, for you or for your pilot clients. The risk profiles are on us. Clients who want the work done join as members, and that decision is theirs after they see their profile.
Which clients should I pick?
Brush-exposed, renewal-threatened, generally $5 million and above in property value. The households you least want to lose. We pick them together on the scoping call.
Pilot slots are capped per territory. Claim yours before fire season peaks.
A 20-minute scoping call is the whole ask. If the pilot is not right for your clients, you will know by the end of it.
